Terms of Use
Kingdom Wars: Realm Rivals Effective date: July 30, 2026 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Kingdom Wars: Realm Rivals (the “Game”), published by Franco Rafael Campos Correa, located in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil (“we”, “us”, or the “Publisher”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility and Google account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age at which you can independently accept these Terms in your location, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them and supervise your use where required by law. Online account creation uses Google Sign-In. You are responsible for protecting access to your Google account and device, for activity under your Game account, and for providing accurate and permitted profile information. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer an account.
2. License to use the Game
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where the law expressly permits it, bypass technical protections, extract assets or data, operate unauthorized servers, or commercially exploit the Game without written permission.
3. Ranked multiplayer and fair play
The Game includes ranked one-versus-one matchmaking. You agree to play fairly and treat other players respectfully. You must not: - cheat, use bots, scripts, automation, macros, exploits, or unauthorized tools; - modify the client, protocol, network traffic, match state, purchases, or security controls; - access accounts, systems, or data without authorization; - manipulate matchmaking, ranking, results, or rewards, including through collusion or intentional match fixing; - harass, threaten, impersonate, discriminate against, or abuse other players; - use offensive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating nicknames or content; - conduct fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or trade accounts or virtual items outside permitted Game functions; or - interfere with Play Integrity, freeRASP, rate limits, reporting, moderation, or other security and anti-cheat measures. We may review match records, replays, integrity signals, and account activity to enforce these rules. Enforcement will be proportionate to the circumstances and mandatory consumer rights.
4. User-supplied content
You remain responsible for nicknames, deck names, reports, support messages, and other content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it and that it is lawful. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Game. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, technical backups, and records needed to resolve abuse or legal matters.
5. Virtual items and currency
The Game may provide virtual currency, cards, packs, cosmetics, heroes, towers, and other playable content (“Virtual Items”). Virtual Items are limited, revocable licenses to use digital content inside the Game. They have no cash value, are not money or property, do not earn interest, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside functions expressly provided by the Game. We may sell card packs directly and sell virtual currency that can be used to obtain packs or other Virtual Items. Your ownership of the underlying intellectual property does not transfer. Subject to mandatory law, balance changes, bug fixes, security needs, or service evolution may alter the availability, attributes, or relative value of Virtual Items. Material changes will receive notice appropriate to their impact.
6. Randomized items and probabilities
Some packs or rewards may contain randomized Virtual Items. Before and near every eligible purchase, the Game will disclose the probability of receiving each randomized item category, as required by Google Play policy and applicable law. Do not make a purchase unless you understand the displayed price, contents, probabilities, and applicable restrictions.
7. Purchases, billing, refunds, and restoration
Real-money purchases use Google Play Billing and are governed by the price, currency, taxes, and purchase information shown at checkout. Google processes payment and may apply its own payment, cancellation, and refund rules. Refunds, cancellation rights, charge corrections, and restoration of eligible purchases are handled according to Google Play procedures and applicable mandatory consumer law, including Brazilian consumer-protection law where applicable. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, warranty, remedy, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded. You must not make unauthorized purchases or abuse refunds, chargebacks, promotional offers, regional pricing, or payment systems. 8. Advertising
The free version of the Game may display advertising through Unity Ads, which is a separate advertising provider. Ads may vary by region, age treatment, consent choices, platform settings, inventory, and network availability. Advertising and related data processing are also described in the Privacy Policy. Where consent is required, advertising that depends on consent will be subject to the available consent controls.
9. Availability and changes
The Game may be unavailable or degraded because of maintenance, updates, device limitations, network failures, Google Play or provider outages, matchmaking capacity, security incidents, or events beyond reasonable control. We may update gameplay balance, card catalog, rankings, rewards, matchmaking, progression, prices, and features to operate, secure, improve, or comply with legal requirements. We will provide notice proportionate to material changes where required. We do not guarantee that a particular opponent, wait time, feature, item, ranking position, or uninterrupted connection will always be available.
10. Suspension and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address cheating, fraud, security risk, harmful conduct, unauthorized access, legal requirements, payment abuse, or material violations of these Terms. Where appropriate and legally required, we will consider the circumstances and provide notice or a means to contact us. You may stop using the Game at any time and may request account deletion as described below. Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature or by law survive, including payment records, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and lawful enforcement records.
11. Account deletion
Before public release, account deletion will be available inside the Game and through a public web request resource listed in Google Play. You may also request deletion by emailing frcc24@gmail.com from the address associated with the account. Deletion is permanent. After applicable verification, processing, backup-expiration, and lawful-retention periods, it removes the Firebase identity and associated online account data, which may include progress, rank, collection, virtual currency, unopened packs, cosmetics, and other Virtual Items. Deleted Virtual Items are not transferable or redeemable for cash, without limiting any mandatory refund or consumer right. The Game will not be released to production until both deletion paths are functional and the public URL is entered in Google Play Console.
12. Intellectual property
The Game, software, audiovisual content, art, audio, characters, lore, user interface, rules expression, databases, trademarks, logos, and other Publisher content are owned by or licensed to the Publisher and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in these Terms, no rights are granted to you. Google, Google Play, Firebase, Cloudflare, Unity, Talsec, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free software, permanent availability of any online feature, or compatibility with every device or network. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or caused by matters outside our reasonable control. These limitations do not exclude or reduce liability, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury where applicable, or mandatory rights under Brazilian law.
14. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what data is processed by the Game, Google Sign-In, Firebase, Cloudflare, Google Play Billing, Unity Ads, Play Integrity, and freeRASP/Talsec, including retention and your LGPD rights. It forms part of the rules governing your use of the Game.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect Game changes, security needs, provider requirements, law, or business practices. We will update the effective date and provide notice proportionate to the importance of the change. If applicable law requires renewed acceptance, we will request it before continued use.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Subject to mandatory law, disputes may be brought in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil. This clause does not override a consumer right to bring a claim in their legally protected local forum or any other right that cannot be waived under applicable law.
