This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Interpretation and Definitions

Words with the initial letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural. - Application refers to World Defenders TD, the software program provided by FRCC24. - Account means a unique account created for You to access Our Service or parts of Our Service. - Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party. - Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to FRCC24. - Country refers to: Brasil. - Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet. - Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. - Service refers to the Application, available on Android (Google Play). - Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. - Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself. - You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Types of Data Collected In accordance with this Application's Data Safety declaration, the following categories may be collected: - Email address - Name - User identifiers - Device identifiers - Advertising identifier - IP address - Purchase history - App activity - Usage data and analytics - Crash logs - Advertising data Usage Data Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include Your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP), mobile device type, unique device ID, mobile operating system, mobile browser type, unique device identifiers, crash logs, access date and time, pages visited, time spent, and other diagnostic data necessary for stability, security, and improvement of the Service. Information Collected while Using the Application To provide Application features, We may collect, with Your prior permission, information such as camera, photos, storage, approximate location, notifications, or other device features strictly necessary for the operation of the requested features. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through Your Device settings.

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes: - To provide and maintain Our Service, including monitoring the usage of Our Service. - To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. - For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of contracts related to the Service. - To contact You: by email, mobile push notifications, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, regarding functional or security updates. - To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us. - For analytics and improvements: to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of campaigns and improve the Service, experience, and security. - For business transfers: to evaluate or conduct mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or sale of assets. - To comply with legal obligations: to comply with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory requirements.

We do not sell Your Personal Data. We may share Your personal information in the following situations: - With Service Providers: to monitor and analyze the use of the Service, cloud hosting, authentication, push notifications, crash reporting (e.g., Firebase, Google Play Services, Apple Push Notification Service). - For business transfers: in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition. - With Affiliates: who will be required to honor this Privacy Policy. - With business partners: to offer specific products, services, or promotions. - With other users: when You share information in public areas of the Service, such information may be viewed by all. - With Your consent: for any other purpose with Your consent. - For legal reasons: when required by law, court order, or competent authority.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or for the period required by law (to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce legal agreements). The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, generally for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve the functionality of the Service, or when legally required to retain for a longer period.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer. Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information from within the Service. If the Application does not provide a direct in-app mechanism, You can request full deletion of Your account and data at any time, in compliance with Google Play's account deletion policy, by emailing frcc24@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and LGPD, You have the right to: (i) confirm whether processing exists; (ii) access Your data; (iii) correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; (iv) request anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data; (v) request data portability; (vi) withdraw consent; (vii) object to processing; (viii) not be subject to automated decision-making; (ix) opt out of the sale of Your data (CCPA). Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy. Law Enforcement Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities. Other Legal Requirements The Company may disclose Your Personal Data in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: comply with a legal obligation; protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing; protect the personal safety of Users or the public; and protect against legal liability.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data (encryption in transit via HTTPS/TLS, access controls, principle of least privilege), We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 in EU/EEA jurisdictions, per GDPR-K) and follows the Google Play Families Policy and Apple Kids Category guidelines when applicable. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from minors. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from minors without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

Advertising, Analytics and Tracking

Where applicable, the Application may use third-party SDKs for analytics (e.g., Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), and/or advertising (e.g., Google AdMob). These partners may process advertising identifiers (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS). On iOS 14.5+, in compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), We will request Your explicit permission before tracking Your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You may revoke this permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, You can reset or delete the advertising identifier in Your device settings.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy, and/or through a prominent notice on the Service, prior to the change becoming effective. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
