1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using the Destiny Dice: Story RPG application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Effective date: June 23, 2026.
2. License to Use
FRCC24 grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes, in compliance with these Terms and the rules of the app stores.
3. User Account
If the App requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activities performed under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: (i) use the App for illegal purposes; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code; (iii) interfere with the App's operation; (iv) violate the rights of third parties; (v) transmit offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, code, and design of the App are owned by FRCC24 or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted beyond those strictly necessary to use the App.
6. Purchases and Subscriptions
Any in-app purchases are processed by the stores (Google Play or Apple App Store) and governed by those platforms' terms. Refund requests must follow the corresponding store's policy.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services (analytics, ads, payments). Use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRCC24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we identify a violation of these Terms or a risk to service integrity.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brasil, without prejudice to consumer rights guaranteed by law.
